We built BlazeCRM because we kept seeing the same problem: growing teams running their business across five different tools — one for leads, one for projects, one for attendance, one for invoices, one for support tickets. The context switching was killing productivity and the data was never in sync. BlazeCRM is our answer to that.

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

Most small and mid-sized teams in India use a combination of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and one or two SaaS tools to run their day-to-day operations. When a lead becomes a client, someone manually creates a project. When a project is done, someone else manually generates an invoice. Attendance is tracked in a separate system. Support requests come in through email.

This fragmentation isn't just inefficient — it creates blind spots. Managers can't see the full picture of a client relationship because it's scattered across tools. Sales reps don't know if delivery is on track. Finance doesn't know which projects are ready to invoice.

We wanted to build something that connects these workflows without forcing teams to use a bloated enterprise platform they'll spend more time configuring than using.

What BlazeCRM Does

BlazeCRM is an operations CRM — it covers the full arc of a client relationship, from the first lead to the final invoice. Here's what's inside:

Lead & Deal Management

Capture leads from any source and move them through a customisable pipeline. Every contact has a full history — calls logged, emails sent, follow-up reminders set. Sales stages are configurable to match how your team actually sells, not how a product manager in San Francisco thinks you sell.

The pipeline view gives managers instant visibility into where deals stand, which leads are going cold, and which are close to closing — without needing to chase the sales team for updates.

Project & Task Management

When a deal closes, creating a project is a single click. Projects are linked to the client and the deal, so context doesn't get lost in the handoff from sales to delivery.

Inside each project: task boards, milestone tracking, member assignments, file attachments, and a timeline view. Team members see exactly what they're responsible for and when it's due. Managers can see delivery progress across all active projects on a single screen.

Attendance & HR

Teams log daily attendance directly in BlazeCRM. Leave requests, approvals, and records are managed in the same platform the team already uses for work — no separate HR tool needed. Managers get a monthly view of team attendance and leave history.

Invoicing & Finance

Generate GST-compliant invoices directly from project data. Estimates, invoice conversion, payment tracking, and outstanding balance visibility are all built in. Because invoicing is connected to projects and clients, there's no manual data entry — the work that was done flows directly into the invoice.

Client Support

Clients can raise support tickets that are tracked, assigned, and resolved within BlazeCRM. Every ticket is linked to the client's profile, so support agents have full context — which products they use, which projects are in progress, their invoice history — before they respond.

Role-Based Access

Not everyone on the team should see everything. BlazeCRM has granular role-based access control — sales reps see leads and their own tasks, delivery managers see projects and tasks, finance sees invoices and estimates, HR sees attendance. Admins configure what each role can access.

Who BlazeCRM Is Built For

BlazeCRM is designed for teams of 5 to 200 people who are past the spreadsheet stage but not ready for (or interested in) the complexity and cost of Salesforce or SAP. It's particularly well-suited for:

  • IT services and software agencies — Teams that sell projects, deliver them, and invoice clients benefit most from the lead-to-invoice workflow.
  • Consulting firms — Where client relationships, project delivery, and billing all need to stay connected.
  • Marketing and digital agencies — Managing multiple client campaigns, retainer billing, and team task allocation in one place.
  • Real estate teams — Lead capture, follow-up pipelines, and client communication management.
  • Growing startups — Teams that need structure without the overhead of enterprise tools.

Why We Built It In-House

As a software development company, we obviously use tools to run our own business. We tried Zoho, Freshdesk, and a combination of Notion plus spreadsheets before deciding that what we actually needed didn't exist at a price point that made sense for a team of our size.

Building BlazeCRM was partly a product decision and partly a proof of concept — we wanted to demonstrate that a well-designed SaaS application could be built and shipped by a small team, without sacrificing depth or quality. Everything in BlazeCRM is something we use ourselves.

How to Get Started

BlazeCRM is live and accepting signups. Getting started takes about five minutes:

  • Create your account at workcrm.blazetechnologies.in/signup
  • Set up your organisation — add your team members and configure roles
  • Import your existing leads or create your first pipeline stage
  • You're live

There's no lengthy onboarding call required and no 20-step setup wizard. The platform is designed to be intuitive enough to use without documentation, but we're available if you need help getting set up.

What's Coming Next

BlazeCRM is actively developed. Features on the roadmap include WhatsApp Business API integration for lead communication, a client portal where clients can view project status and invoices, advanced reporting and analytics dashboards, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and integrations with Indian payment gateways for invoice collection.

We ship updates continuously. If there's a workflow you need that BlazeCRM doesn't support yet, tell us about it — the feature requests we receive directly from users drive the roadmap.
