Decisions Before Code

The expensive mistakes in software are made before development starts: the wrong architecture, the wrong platform, or building something that could have been bought. We review what you have, tell you what will break at scale, and give a plan with sequence and trade-offs rather than a slide deck of buzzwords.

Common Questions

What does an architecture review involve?

We examine the codebase, infrastructure and data model, then report what will fail under growth, what is costing you unnecessarily, and what to address in what order. You get a written assessment, not a presentation.

Will you recommend building custom software every time?

No. We build software, and we still tell clients when an existing product solves their problem better. Recommending a build that should have been a subscription damages the relationship and our reputation.

Can you consult without doing the development?

Yes. Plenty of our consulting work is delivered by the client's own team afterwards.

How long does a consulting engagement take?

A focused architecture review is usually one to two weeks. A full transformation roadmap takes longer because it needs input from the people running the systems.
