BlazeAnalytics Privacy

This Privacy Policy applies to the BlazeAnalytics SaaS analytics dashboard.

1. Data We Process

As an analytics platform, BlazeAnalytics processes:

• Business metrics and KPIs you choose to track
• User behavior data from connected applications
• Custom event data you configure
• Report configurations and dashboard layouts
• Team member roles and permissions

2. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you import into BlazeAnalytics. We act solely as a data processor. You can export all your data at any time in CSV or JSON format.

3. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

4. Security

BlazeAnalytics uses SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We perform regular security audits and penetration testing.
