This Privacy Policy applies to the FitBlaze mobile application. Health data is sensitive and we treat it with the highest level of care.

1. Health & Fitness Data

FitBlaze may collect the following health-related data with your explicit consent:

• Workout types, duration, and intensity
• Steps, distance, and active calories
• Heart rate data (if connected to a wearable device)
• Weight, height, and body composition metrics
• Nutrition and meal logging data
• Sleep patterns (if enabled)

2. How We Use Health Data

Your health data is used solely to:

• Provide personalized workout and nutrition recommendations
• Generate progress reports and analytics
• Enable AI-powered coaching features
• Synchronize with Apple HealthKit / Google Fit (only with your permission)

3. Data Protection

All health data is encrypted end-to-end. We do not share your health data with advertisers or third-party marketers. Data is stored in compliance with HIPAA guidelines where applicable.

4. Your Rights

You can export, modify, or permanently delete your health data at any time from the App settings.
