HookMe Child Safety Standards

HookMe has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any CSAM content (images, videos, text, links, generated media, or derivative material).
• Any sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or solicitation involving minors.
• Any attempt to use HookMe to facilitate child abuse or harm.

2. Reporting and Moderation

• Users can report suspicious profiles or behavior from within the app and through support channels.
• We review high-risk reports with priority and take immediate action when warranted.
• Where policy violations are confirmed, we remove content and disable related accounts.

3. Enforcement

• Immediate account suspension or termination for CSAE/CSAM violations.
• Preservation of relevant records for investigation and legal compliance.
• Cooperation with law enforcement and competent authorities as required by law.

4. Compliance and External Reporting

We comply with applicable child protection laws and platform policies. Where legally required, confirmed CSAM incidents are reported to appropriate authorities and designated reporting bodies.

5. Age Requirement

HookMe is an adults-only product. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
