HookMe is developed and operated by Blaze Technologies. HookMe is an anonymous dating application that allows users to match, chat, and optionally reveal profile details by mutual consent.

1. Data We Collect

• Account Information: email address, authentication data, and app account identifiers.
• Profile Information: anonymous name, optional public profile data (name, age, gender, religion, bio, photos, education, occupation, location, and languages).
• Match Preferences: age range, gender preferences, language preferences, and religion preferences.
• Chat Data: chat metadata, messages, and reveal-status events.
• Diagnostics: app performance and error logs necessary to maintain service quality and security.

2. How We Use Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To enable matching and anonymous conversations.
• To operate reveal controls and profile visibility logic.
• To detect abuse, spam, fraud, and policy violations.
• To improve app reliability, performance, and user safety.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, infrastructure, analytics, or support tools) under contractual safeguards. We may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or to protect user safety.

4. User Controls

• You can edit profile and match preference fields in-app.
• You can end chats and control reveal behavior.
• You can request account/data deletion via support contact.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide services, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including access controls and secure backend infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Child Safety
